The Larson Legacy Foundation Grant Application:

We have a few questions that we use in evaluating potential organizations to whom we grant funding. Keep in mind, we prefer to focus on organizations that are local to Portland, Oregon. Please be brief, sharing the most important details; bullet points are fine.

This is for NEW INQUIRES ONLY If you were already a recipient of a grant from us, no need to fill out a new form. You can email us directly in the future.

Are you a 501c-3 tax status organization? If not we, unfortunately, will not be able to fund you.

What is your mission? When did your organization start?

Tell us about the community you serve? How many people do you serve?

What would the best-case scenario look like for your organization/vision if you accomplished your goals?

What is your annual budget? What are the other sources of funding that you have? What is your plan in the future to find other sources of funding so you can continue your work?

What projects are you working on now where funding could help? How much are you looking for and for what project?

Tell us about who runs your organization, and who is responsible for financial reporting?

Are you open to site visits or virtual site visits? Who would be the best point of contact to schedule one?
